Last December me and my husband went to Goa to spend our Christmas vacation. We are both Delhiites and we have been to many hill stations so we decided to go to the beach side and chose Goa keeping the party crowd in mind. After a month of planning and some online research we stayed in Pride Sun Village spa which seemed to us as the best among the resorts in Goa near Beaches. We checked it out online but when we actually reached the spot we were overwhelmed because it was a lovely resort. It was clean and well-maintained. We were welcomed by Helios, The Sun God. We stayed in one of the Superior rooms, It was a well appointed room with a very cozy bed Tea/Coffee maker, mini bar, Tv, a living area and free WiFi.
The first two days we went out touring Goa so we ate out, but from third day on we made it a point to eat in the resort itself. They have 4 dining outlet restaurants namely Sunflower, Hibiscus, Tonatiuh and Frangipani. My personal favorite was Hibiscus, it is a haven beside the pool. The weather was very favorable even to take a cool plunge into the pool. With a full functioning Gym, Spa, Beauty parlor and entertainment, you name it and it is all available around Pride Sun Village Resort. This resort is all that one can ask for and is better equipped than the other Resorts in Goa near Baga Beach.
